Zeta 7's Terms & Conditions

Zeta 7 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform built specifically with Bangladeshi users in mind. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between Zeta 7 and the user.

These terms apply in both Bengali and English. In the event of any interpretive discrepancy, the Bengali version shall be considered the original, as it is intended for Bangladeshi users.

Zeta 7 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

To open an account with Zeta 7, you must provide accurate and complete information on the registration form. Registering with false or incomplete details may result in your account being closed at any time and any funds in the account being forfeited.

One account per person

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all associated bonuses and winnings will be voided. Operating more than one account from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

For large withdrawals or security purposes, Zeta 7 may verify your identity at any time. In such cases, you may be asked to provide a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until KYC verification is complete.

• Keep your account password private and never share it with anyone
• If you experience any issue with your account, contact support immediately
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited

To participate on the Zeta 7 platform, users must be at least 18 years is required. Any user found to be under 18 who registers or attempts to play will have their account immediately closed.

Bangladesh nationals who are legally permitted to use online gaming services may register on Zeta 7 by accepting these Terms & Conditions. Certain regions or professions — such as employees or contractors directly affiliated with Zeta 7 — may be subject to registration restrictions.

Deposit Terms

• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly
• Deposits can only be refunded to the same payment method used

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• BKash/Nagad withdrawals average 15 minutes; bank transfers take 1–3 hours
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification

Wagering Requirement

Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement — a minimum amount you must bet before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place ৳10,000 in bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable.

• Each bonus has its own validity period — typically between 7 and 30 days
• Unused bonuses are cancelled when they expire
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated
• Each offer can only be used once per person
• Bonus abuse may result in account suspension

Zeta 7 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or add new conditions to any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already in progress will not be affected.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to every game and event and are subject to change at any time. For live events, any bets placed after wagering has closed will be considered void.

Outcome Determination

Sports Betting results are determined after confirmation from the relevant official sources. For games, the RNG system outcome is final. If a result is affected by a technical error, Zeta 7 will investigate and provide the correct result.

• Bets cannot be cancelled once they have been finalised
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded
• Rules for ties or draws vary by game
• Technical error claims must be reported to support within 24 hours

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on Zeta 7. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated winnings.

• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illicit funds through the platform
• Fraud: Using stolen card or payment details
• Bot Usage: Using automated software to play games
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Bonus Abuse: Placing bets deliberately structured to circumvent bonus terms
• Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts under the same name or on the same device
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Incorrect Information: Submitting false documents during registration or the KYC process

Zeta 7 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the reasons listed below. Users will be notified of the reason via email or SMS.

• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity
• Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification
• Security risk or suspected hacking
• At the user's own request (voluntary break)

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains that has not been forfeited due to a rule violation, the funds will be returned subject to verification.

In short, Zeta 7 does not sell your data to third parties. Limited information may be shared only for payment processing, reporting to licensing authorities, or as required by law.

256-bit SSL encryption is used to secure all logins and transactions on the platform. Your password is stored as a hash — not even Zeta 7 staff can view it.

Zeta 7 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance by SMS or email. For minor amendments, the date on this page will be updated.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. The Terms as a whole will not be voided.
